A beautiful place to stay and central to so much.with the tram so close it was great being able to travel around

Positive: The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed was really comfy and a spacious bedroom.

Positive: Initial confusion with access ie the manager did not provide codes to access room or answer phone, was made up by the pub staff who went out of their way to sort the situation, gave complimentary drinks and made sure the situation was fixed.
Negative: Make make sure people booing are aware of steep steps
